## 365Pay Reviews in United States

### **--- "Difficult to use"
Trying to pre-order for my team of 8, The first cart timed out before I could catch everyone. Then had additional problems going back to the menu mid-order. Finally, added the company card for payment only to find that I could not go back to my cart.

Willing to admit possible user error but I am no slouch with technology so…

### *---- "Terrible"
Took so long to set up and I didn’t get my 20 signup thing it promised, deleted
-- Edit.or user, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Good!"
Please add dark mode to the app and app icon!
-- RoombaSacrifice, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Lost money"
I had an account. Bought snacks at work. One day I got a message that I had to log in to use it. I didn’t have the password saved so I hit the button to receive a password reset email. I never got one. I requested a password reset email multiple times.
Finally I set up a new account. Now I can buy snacks again.
What happened to the money left in my old account? I’ll probably never get it back.
-- Ixquad, 2024-12-10

### **--- "Not easy to use"
If you have to change pick up times because it is not available you have to re enter your entire order. Any time you have to change anything you have redo the entire order. Nothing is saved even if it is change payment method. App is way inferior to our previous app!!!!
-- Mejowers, 2024-11-20

### ****- "Instructions"
The app seems fairly simple, but connecting with the local kiosk was not obvious
Even though you just need to scan it, it should give instructions on the set up and what to do next
-- SillyDiane8, 2024-10-22

### *---- "Janky"
Yeah you might want to make your app not look like it’s from 2012. Missing features like food reordering. Apple Pay isn’t mentioned at first when setting up a card and then they are like oh just kidding you can use Apple Pay. It asked for my location data and then didn’t show any locations, neat. Had to enter codes instead.
-- Slatemeta, 2024-09-24

### ***-- "Comment section"
There should be a comment section for how to cook certain foods such as eggs or bacon.
-- jpzparker2006, 2024-09-24

### **--- "Needs some serious updates!"
I have already called southern market who uses this software/app they say it’s the employer issue with the network but HR is saying it is the company and not them. Can’t add money half the time and the other half tells me insufficient funds when there is money on my account. Also after adding up all the expenses and comparing it to what funds I have added the numbers don’t add up so either they are charging hidden fees or it is stealing your money. We don’t have the luxury of leaving the facility for break and if you don’t have time to make a lunch we need something reliable. Fix the issues or we will be demanding a different company come in and replace you.
-- TaurusBlue, 2024-08-27

### ***-- "Cafe"
Not many sammiches left for 3rd shift; usually just nasty Caesar. Love the cheese & salami rounds though!
