## 396hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwo Description
This App is one of a series of six meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient Solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the first note, which resonates to a frequency of 396 Hz. This particular frequency works to release deep rooted feelings of guilt and fear and will also work with other similar emotional patterns such as shame, regret, self-doubt and low self-esteem all of which exist within the same vibrational energy.

Glenn Harrold's skilled vocal delivery and guided meditation combined with Ali Calderwood's deep and moving soundscapes tuned to 396 Hz combine to create an amazingly powerful meditation recording that has the potential to clear away blocks on a cellular level. This recording can help you to release hidden layers of guilt, fear, shame and regret that are stored in your cellular memory and energetic fields. This title was created with much care and love and it has the potential to become one of Glenn's most effective recordings from his best-selling hypnosis and meditation series.

There are two audio tracks in this App, the first has a wake up ending for daytime use, and the second has a go to sleep ending which is ideal for bedtime use.

This App includes:
396 Hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation Audio Track 1 – 34.51 (awake version)
396 Hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation Audio Track 2 – 44.11 (sleep version)
UT 396 Hz Solfeggio Music Only Audio Track – 10.56

About the Sounds
The music with this series of mediations has been specially crafted and precisely tuned to transmit each of the solfeggio frequencies. By combining these sounds with a guided meditation, you also have the potential to release deep-rooted blockages. These compositions also contain an array of sacred instruments and sounds such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the Solfeggio tones.

## 396hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwo Reviews in United States

### ***-- "I prefer a pure tone"
I wish I could have heard app this before I purchased. I just want to hear the tone, so I can choose to listen to it at work or to sleep. I do not need or want someone talking. I looked, but did not find an account link so I can cancel my subscription. I don’t want to be charged next year.

### ***** "Excellent Meditation"
I highly recommend anything by Glenn Harrold. I have been regularly listening to his hypnosis/meditations for several years now. My 14 year old son has also been using several of his meditation sessions before bed, exams at school, and before hockey games. It has been incredibly helpful for his anxiety.
-- rachelatrandom, 2019-12-08

### ***** "awesome"
I recommend this app. hi quality stereo music and perfect background sound .
-- wet-cave, 2017-09-09

### ***-- "The talking!!!"
The guided meditation overlay ruins it for me. If it would just be the frequency would have really liked it. Bummer 🙉
-- Sandy830, 2016-04-29

### ***** "Great"
A very pleasant app .. I bought all of them !! A must try
-- Tammy_live, 2014-12-21

### ***** "Love this version!"
I bought and used a few of these hypnosis apps, I listen to them to go to sleep. I have terrible tinnitus and need a voice to help me avoid focusing on the sounds in my head. In previous versions I would have to start the audio again if I hadn't drifted off. Now I can use the loop feature to play the audio the entire time I'm asleep. It's also useful for returning to sleep quickly if I wake up. I also love the content. I have all the Solfeggio Meditations and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking effective meditation or self hypnosis app. They are effective for insomnia (obviously) as well as anxiety.

### ***** "Sound therapy"
My experience while listening to this was of an emotional release. It brought back some old memories from childhood that seem connected to some of the same stress I have been experiencing recently. I actually felt I was able to release those particular emotions because I became very emotional. I will continue to and see how it progresses. I thought I would just drift off like I do with other glenn harrold app sessions which are great with those deep affirmations resonating through my subconscious, but this one had me in tears so I felt I needed this release. How healing! Definitely recommend. Sound frequency affects all our cells where we need it!

### ***** "396hz"
Unable to update for iOS 8 - it says no longer available for purchase - please fix this - I already purchased it - thanks

### ***** "396"
Love listening to this right before bed. I've always enjoyed Glenn's recordings. This one is superb.
-- Haydels7656, 2014-07-10

### ***** "A+"
It's wonderfully centering. I use it with Reiki on myself at night to heal before sleeping... Its just perfect :0). Thank you!

As for the three star comment/review -- there is an option to just play the music alone without the guided meditation.
