The App continually crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Rebooting my phone etc. This is on my iPhone 16 pro max. Super annoying.

Used to be good. They now force you to listen to adverts before the app plays the radio station. Furthermore, if you dare press pause or lose internet access for a millisecond, they’ll force you to listen to the adverts again. This is pure greed and does not consider the user experience for a moment.

The new app was better than the old, for a while. Now we’re back to getting the frustrating and annoying lead in ad when we first open the app or come back from some other audio source. Our devices are multipurpose and your app fails to recognise this. You expect us to login so you can track our listening yet treat us worse than listening via other sources. Get rid of it.

Stop it!! Get rid of the ads on app start up. Why is this even necessary? …and I will keep posting this until it is resolved. Also…feedback for the app is ALWAYS ignored.

Most annoying app. Continually drops out even though the internet connection is excellent. The app needs to be updated.

Can you please do something about your email submission form ? Every time I try to submit an email, it kicks me out. It is soooo flunky. I am in IT and there is no way I would have passed this in testing. Please fix this, then maybe 5 stars.

I use the 3AW app in my van for work. I now have to listen to the ads from the app before I get to listen to the radio, then listen for more ads. This is so annoying as I get to miss out the news when I want to, I am now not going to listen to 3AW this is so annoying always listening to the same ad every time I jump in my vehicle. Stop being so greedy and get rid of the ads before you lose more listeners.

App continually asks for login everyday, slow to start and you have to put up with ads before you get to the programs to hear more ads. Taking p155 out of the public

Great app, I’ve always liked using it! Would really like a feature that allows the app to start playing live radio as a wake up alarm. That would be great!

The adverts interrupt the news, interviews, just start up at random times. Not just at startup of the app, several times it will interrupt the program mid sentence and play adverts. Excruciating.
