Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the second note, which resonates to a frequency of 417 Hz and is associated with the colour orange and the element of water. This particular frequency works to dissolve emotional patterns and imprints from the past and facilitate positive changes. It will also help to clear other emotional patterns, such as low self-esteem, self-rejection, overindulgence, jealousy and emotional instability, all of which exist within the same vibrational energy. It has been said that the solfeggio tones can even help to release blocks and traumas from past lives. Glenn Harrold's skilled vocal delivery and guided meditation combined with Ali Calderwood's deep and moving soundscapes tuned to 417 Hz combine to create an amazingly powerful meditation recording that has the potential to clear away blocks on a deep cellular level. Listen now to resolve past traumas and facilitate changes that will leave you feeling lighter and free of old baggage. There are two audio tracks in this App, the first has a wake up ending for daytime use, and the second has a go to sleep ending which is ideal for bedtime use. This App includes: 417 Hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation Audio Track 1 – 37.11 (awake version) 417 Hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation Audio Track 2 – 42.11 (sleep version) RE 417 Hz Solfeggio Music Only Audio Track – 10.18 Solfeggio Chakra Chart Glenn Harrold's Self-Hypnosis e-Book. About the Ancient Solfeggio Scale and Healing Sounds e-Book How To Use This App e-Book About The Authors e-Book About the Sounds The music with this series of mediations has been specially crafted and precisely tuned to transmit each of the solfeggio frequencies. By combining these sounds with a guided meditation, you also have the potential to release deep-rooted blockages. These compositions also contain an array of sacred instruments and sounds such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the Solfeggio tones. ## 417hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwo Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/fe/2d/f4/fe2df47c-4395-ded1-26e3-6076a2db9448/pr_source.jpg/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/cc/ad/79/ccad79ab-b19a-1023-babe-c70c1dac0934/pr_source.jpg/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/08/c0/45/08c045e7-15aa-e3f9-c723-84eeaef1c093/pr_source.jpg/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple1/v4/57/80/fb/5780fb89-2311-6808-f7e4-df5652131cf2/pr_source.jpg/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/70/41/0d/70410d51-308b-957a-bc33-d702355cccfa/pr_source.jpg/640x960.png) ## 417hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwo Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 12 (71%) - 4 stars: 1 (6%) - 3 stars: 1 (6%) - 2 stars: 2 (12%) - 1 stars: 1 (6%) ## 417hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwo Reviews in United States ### ***** "This has helped my insomnia tremendously !!" I have suffered for many years with difficulty falling asleep and have tried countless sleep apps and other methods to help address my problem ... this is the only app that has helped me long term and I am so very grateful !! I use it with headphones and I do breathing exercises and I’m asleep within minutes.... amazing !! -- Pheebzz, 2021-02-18 ### **--- "Not great." I just wanted the 417 HZ sound. Wasn’t looking for crickets and rain and talking. How am I going to sleep when someone is talking on the audio tracks? -- danielkinkade, 2020-11-17 ### *---- "Great tracks but very inconvenient app" Went to use one of the *many* Glenn Harrold apps I own in a remote location. None of them were available. The central store app wants me to Restore every time I want to use a title. I had no cell or internet service available, so I couldn’t attempt to Restore. Apps I purchased years ago don’t show up in the purchased area. So I go back to my icons for my paid apps on my phone and then have to traverse back into the app hub. When I pick my title in the central app hub, it wants me to pay more money again. How inconvenient and unnecessary. Why do my paid apps continue to disappear in the first place? I am not uninstalling them. I just want the apps I paid for to be available on my phone like they always were before the central app listing every app GH has took over my experience. I don’t want to be forced to listen from some connected server or have them go away randomly so I am without their use when I need them. I have spoken to support years ago. They assisted back then but here I am again with all my apps gone. I must have at least 7-10 of Glenn’s programs. He is quite good. The titles back then ranged from $5.95 to $9.95. I don’t look at any possible new options any more due to this chronic disappearing act or being forced to be tethered to the cloud. I don’t want an annual subscription, I just want the apps I paid for back in the day to be available any time; any where; Frustrating! -- MTblueslover, 2020-09-22 ### ***-- "The voiceover is too loud" Please add a version without the voiceover. The voice is way too loud. If I knew this beforehand I would not spend $20 on this. Thank you. -- sergeny, 2017-09-23 ### ****- "Remove the crickets" … I enjoy all of the apps in this series from this publisher. The one thing I cannot stand is the crickets and other animal weird creature noises in the beginning of the programs. Crickets are not relaxing…Please remove those and I will love your work. Thank you… -- sonoranstudios, 2016-03-07 ### ***** "My favorite" This meditation is by far my favorite of his so far. I love the ocean of sound and how I actually can feel the sound moving in different parts of my body. Truly invigorating!! -- Brooke25**, 2016-01-03 ### ***** "Drift off to sleep..." I always have trouble falling asleep. These guided meditations help me drift off to a sound sleep within 15 minutes. I love them...especially the orange and Gold. -- mycrowmedicine, 2015-07-13 ### ***** "It's Great!" I really enjoy using this app. I feel that it brings forth some positive vibes. -- Rustednail, 2015-06-30 ### ***** "Love these sleep meditations" I have all 6 and all of them are great, the background tones are amazing and the guided meditation is very soothing and I like how each app has a different one. The orange/417 is my favorite!! I love how at one point I'll feel like I am floating in the ocean of sound. -- Andream726, 2015-06-18 ### ***-- "Love it BUT!!!" Needs update to iOS 8!! Opens & immediately closes.
