I’ve just read the book and was excited to try the app. There are NO log in instructions anywhere to be found, the app or online.

Good luck logging in, or getting anyone at FranklinCovey to respond. I’ve called support multiple times. They start a ticket but no one ever does anything with it. Called again and was given the name and email of someone who was supposedly the 4DXOS Small Business Development Specialist. Have sent multiple emails but still no response to those either. Why even promote the app in the book? The whole experience makes me skeptical of any of the other products offered by FC. Probably should just stick to the books.

It is practically impossible to get started using this app (i.e. log into the app). Most of the reviews I have read in the App Store provide evidence on how widespread this issue is. I searched the Internet, and even the company’s official site, but ended up even more frustrated. I even sent a message to the support team for assistance and I received no response. This company needs to simplifying the process of logging into this app its WIG. If you can’t practice what you preach what is the point of trying to teach others how to achieve breakthrough results.

Downloaded the app, but it doesn’t allow you to create an account so you can’t even use the app!!!

I’ve noticed several reviews for this - HOW do you create an account to log in and access content?

Anyone know how to create a login? I can’t find anything, anywhere.

How do you login? How do you create an account? I don’t understand the step where are you select a server. Would appreciate some clarification from app developers. Thank you.

There are no options or instructions for how to log in. No account creation page. Reached out to 4DX and FranklinCovey, will adjust the app rating if I get a response. So strange.

In the palm of your hand you’ve got transparency and simplicity! This app makes it easy to track my most important goals and the activities necessary to get to them. Awesome!
