These meditation sessions are amazing! Even just the five minute session and I feel MUCH better! My anxiety goes down and it has really helped my blood pressure. Along with deep breathing. I love that you can just do it for five minutes or longer if you have time. Such a great idea. And the music/sounds with her voice are perfect. Glad I found this AP!!

This app helps me to clear my mind, focus on my breathing, and relax. I use it right before I go to sleep, and I am able to fall asleep faster and more peacefully as I feel a sense of calm.

This is the first app I’ve used in years that can get me to calm. Meditation is hard for me. This app breaks it down and the guides meditations speak to me. Thank you!!
I have high anxiety and insomnia. The guided audio meditations are a tremendous help to me in managing high-anxiety episodes and helping me get to sleep at night. Highly recommended, especially the longer versions (which I think require a purchase - it’s worth it).
I’ve only listened to two five minute escapes, and am already impressed by the background music they utilize: it’s not the typical drawl I’ve been subjected to in other meditation apps....they’ve really taken their time to provide quality sounds and rhythms and the voice on the soundscapes kept my gentle attention the entire duration!...I must say I am impressed and am looking forward to future mental, physical, and spiritual escapes!!!!
I get anxious a lot. This definitely helps me cope with it.
