Using our app you can:

• Choose the vehicle type, Saloon, Mini Bus
• Edit a booking
• Check the status of your booking
• Cancel a booking
• Book a return trip
• Track your booked vehicle on a map
• See an ETA for your booking
• See a picture of your driver
• See all “Available” cars near you
• See all “Soon to Clear” cars near you
• Manage your previous bookings
• Manage your favourite addresses
• Pay by Cash or debit/credit card and Account
• Have a message automatically sent to a “Buddy” (Friend) when your car arrives so they can track where you are.
• While you’re in the vehicle, trigger a “Track Me” message to a contact so you can feel secure in the knowledge they know where you are.
• Receive an email confirmation on each booking
• Receive a Text-Back alert on arrival of your vehicle

Setting up is easy, simply enter your name, phone number and email address to register. If you wish to register debit/credit card details you can do so, allowing you to complete a journey without paying cash to the driver (Account customers will need to contact the accounts to be set up)

Good cars, poor app

Use 500 cars often. Good drivers and nice clean cars. Sometimes late, so book earlier than needed. (They don’t show up 10 mins early like some companies) BUT the app hasn’t been updated in years and needs a serious refresh. I end up phoning when needed instead of the app.

The company is fine, the app is so bad that I'll use a different company

Charges more after journey complete.

Plus: - good driver, good journey Minus: - Quoted £8 for the whole journey. After journey completed, I was charged £13 for the same journey. Rung them and Saj said the quote was only for part of the journey and I was charged more and that is what they do. Suggest you avoid the company.

Shame

Used to use all the time now app just does not work . User not recognised. Incorrect password. Just invites to call so I just call another company

Useless

Absolutely useless! Can login on the Web but cant on the app....

Updated and better than ever.

Whilst the app received a major update recently which required me to create a new account the updated version is better than ever (and actually now tells you the cost within the app). Like UBER for Reading except you’re using a local taxi company. Highly recommended.

Updated and now my user is unknown

Used this app a lot. This update and I cannot login and the forgotten password option says my email is an unknown user! Rubbish

Waste of time

App not up to date with taxi times, registration nightmare: over an hour I waited for registration text.

Issues

Great idea but had three problems. 1) Taxi didn't turn up twice. 2) 7 seater ordered, 5 seater turned up. 3) Cancelled via app, but taxi turned up. Said I didn't cancel. Full fare charged! Used them for 13 years prior to this. Never again.
