The Alaska 511 app provides travelers with state-wide traffic and road condition reporting, covering major highways in Anchorage, Delta Junction, Fairbanks, Glennallen, Haines/Skagway, Juneau, Kenai, Tok, Wasilla/Palmer, Valdez and more.

Providing a user-friendly map based interface, the simple navigation through the app’s features creates a seamless travel experience for users. Utilizing GPS location, the app presents traffic information from the user’s current location.

Cameras are all but useless.

The app itself is well done. The cameras make it pointless. Pics every 2-3 hours are a waste of time.

Has a few issues but tells me where construction is happening, which is what I need it for. Good app.

Dot Lake

I was curious when you will divide to fix your app so it will work on iPads. Your old app worked real well. Don’t know why you had to change it. Was nice to use larger screen. I know you can correct the problem if you wanted to

Decent app - needs work

Need a copy editor to give it a once-over (“wound you mind leaving a review on the App Store”). Also the yellow for “difficult” driving conditions is too similar to the yellow color of the highways in the map making it almost impossible to discern. Interface is nice.
