I got the fan for a prodject but any file even if compatible didnt work and came out as a jumbled mess. I had to use the app exclusively to upload videos

I tried to get this app to do something, but could not.

Scam, it doesn’t work.

I got this as a gift from my grandma and I was super excited but when I opened it I read the instructions and checked my WiFi and it wasn’t there so I followed what it said to do if that happens and closed it out and restarted it but it still didn’t work

I opened the package and read the instructions. The flash drive adapter is for the mini sd card that’s inserted in the unit. I selected the wifi as instructed and uploaded my own files which was a .mov file. Awesome display. Don’t be impatient and read what’s enclosed.

all you have to do is connect to the fan thru wifi and go back to app at hit + button and you're all set!! make the switch button is turned on, you changed the format in the top left to the circle shape, and delete previous presets so you can add your own!

Don’t bother, return your fan; if it uses this app, you got a garbage product.

The app doesn’t work or keeps crashing. It makes the fan worthless

Fix this app for the love of god. Totally worthless
