Description

Use the 5K Run app to improve your stamina, endurance, and health to help you run a 5K! Your body's strength will gradually increase over time with the 'interval training' method.

Over the next 8 weeks your running will be steadily improved. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks. As you complete runs your body will be strengthened and the program will slowly become more challenging. You will be on your 5K run before you know it!

Take your device with you on your runs! Listen to your favorite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk. Your entire run will be directed through your headphones or speakers.

Glancing at the app while on your run will show you:
- How long you have been running
- How much time you have left on your run
- how much time you have left on your current interval

Need to stop and tie your shoe? Pause the run! Or, press Back/Next to go to different intervals.

Stops unexpectedly or crashes half the time.

Crashed during my first run and it didn’t log anything. Very bad experience and I will drop it now and find another product. Don’t download it.

Crashs way too ofen, so you can’t track your training as you should. Even though i paid for the Pro upgrade🤨😑

Den bliver ved med at crashe undr træning som ikke er særlig smart når man ikke helt kan holde øje med den...

Ok - men stopper under træning

Synes den funger rigtig godt bort set fra st den pludselig stopper undertræning og man så ikke ved hvorlang man er med mindre man “holder øje” med appen

I love this app, but two out of two runs, it has crashed and it doesn’t save/log my runs. Which is a shame, as the app itself and the idea is brilliant. Wish it would work better

Rigtig dårlig App. Køb den ikke. Den registrerer ikke hvor langt man løber og den går i stå midt i et program så man skal starte forfra og ødelægger sit løb
