Not functioning properly although it is paid!!

My lovely dictionary

Best dictionary

It stopped working in 17.2 and I was scared. None of existing dictionaries are tried were as good as this app. Just installed 17.3 betta to see if it works. It did. I’m happy now.

Despite being purchased, it doesn’t work!!

I purchased this app more than one year ago, but it doesn’t work anymore.

Extremely unreliable on updates

Every year after an update, you’ll lose all your data (bookmarks, history, etc) and have to purchase the new version as you also lose your subscription. Perfectly ludicrous.

App is not working anymore, it says to download the new update. There is no new version though!!

Can you please fix this issue? I bought this app more than 1 year ago.

Updating issues

I’m really tired of updating issues with this app. Every other year the app stops working and asking for update. However after updating it asks me to pay again.

Headache and no support

I emailed support department 3 times regarding my In-App so far and no rest.After updating my app it says my license expired. Does such a thing exist that in-app that I purchased and used for so many years is expired and have to repurchase it again?!! This happened before as well and they said it’s impossible. I took pictures of the messages I received and sent it to support department, no response yet ! I wrote a review about this before and they replied back it’s impossible. Unfortunately I cannot post a picture here that my in-app after update asking me to purchase it again.

Search & history issue

This is one of the best apps I ever paid for it but I noticed these problems after recent updates 1- I have to enter whole word then press search to find the meaning of the word which is way different from what it was before ( I could have see the possible words while I were typing ) and this is very inconvenient. 2- I can’t see history of words I have searched before
