Amazing app
I’ve been using this for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s made a huge difference in my confidence. The workouts are effective and easy to follow, and I’ve seen real results. There is a one-time fee, but it’s absolutely worth it for everything you get. Highly recommend!
Excellent app
Gives a good selection of exercise and shuffle them. Can be repetitive sometimes.
Videos don’t work freezes
All the videos and timer would work. I get through 2 exercises and the rest won’t work.
The Real Deal Holyfield
This is a very effective addition to the Athlean-X product line. This helped me develop the best 6 pack I ever had. Massive reduction in low back pain. I recommend this anyone serious about body composition or increased core strength.
Great app, but…
This is a great app but every time I try and purchase the “full version,” something goes wrong. I then try to go to the App Store but can’t find the 2.99 version, it is nowhere to be found. Confusing. Been following AthleanX for years now! 💪💪 God bless you all!

The app is good, I have Abbs.
Broken on day 8
Some exercises for day 8 won’t load. And it’s impossible to move past it.
Limited Plan Connectivity
The app is great, and I really enjoy the verbal queues and the push it gives if you’re resting too long. My only gripe is the main program connectivity. The a workout by itself is 5 stars, but I gave 4 stars because you can’t connect to the main workout program. The min program has to go through the internet browser and doesn’t have any kind of app connectivity. Otherwise, I’m back to Athlean-X because it works! Completes before, and it gives you the results if you follow the program.

If you only have a few minutes this will get your morning off to a great start. I also use it as a warm up to weight session.
