67 Push Ups uses your phone's camera to track your body position and count reps automatically. Place your phone on the floor, get in position, and start pushing. The app handles the counting so you can focus on your form.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your phone on the floor facing you
2. Start your session
3. Do push-ups — the camera tracks your movement
4. Reps count automatically as you complete each one

No tapping the screen. No Apple Watch required. No equipment needed.


THE 67-DAY PROGRAM

Why 67 days? Research on habit formation (Lally et al., 2010) found that new behaviors take an average of 66 days to become automatic. Day 67 is when your push-up practice becomes part of your routine.
