WHAT IS AVE THERAPY?
Audio-Visual Entrainment combines binaural beats, isochronic tones, and rhythmic light to help balance brain activity. The light reaches you through your phone's camera flash or, in Headset Mode, its screen. Headphones are recommended for the strongest effect - they add a binaural beat layer on top of the tones - but because the isochronic tones work through any speaker, sessions still work without them. Sessions follow a carefully sequenced frequency journey with gradual transitions, not a single fixed tone. Developed in a practice office with a psychotherapist and a consulting psychiatrist, grounded in data from 1000+ sessions.
