I never bothered to set up an email account since my phone number sufficed for all my needs. However, when I recently decided to sign into the app using the same phone number I always had, I was shocked to discover that my existing points had been completely overwritten. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service for assistance, hoping to resolve the issue. To my surprise, the representative informed me that what I experienced was impossible and insinuated that I was being dishonest about the situation. It has been incredibly disappointing to deal with such a frustrating app, compounded by equally ineffective customer service.
