Coffee, Tea, and Goodness are the very essence of what we serve. From the humble beginning in a small 1,100 square foot store located in the heart of Little Saigon, a band of brothers and close friends met in 2011. With backgrounds in law, banking, sales, and engineering, this group rolled up their sleeves and lit the fire. Pot and spatula in hand, they washed, tossed, and stirred the large pot as the sweet aromas of chrysanthemum, jasmine tea leaves, longan fruit, cane sugar, artichoke, and other herbs filled the kitchen. Paying close attention to every detail of how each ingredient mixed in the large boiling pot, they came to produce not just the 7 Leaves Herbal Tea, but a vision.
A vision to create a company that brings together the best products from various cultures around the world and apply the finer details to make them even better. Details such as consistent product quality, exceptional customer service, and a nurturing environment were added to the equation that encompasses the culture of 7 Leaves. Our goal at 7 Leaves is simple, to be the change in everything that we do, from our culture of care to the quality of our products, and to how we can better serve our communities.
Today, 7 Leaves has expanded across Orange County, growing from southern to northern California. We will continue to reach as many communities as we can across the country, starting with Nevada, Texas, and moving eastward. App not advertised to customers
1) Why is this a “oh, you gotta show your QR Code before purchases” system instead of a “Hi there are you signed up with our rewards program?” ?
2) Why isn’t the rewards program just tied to a phone number instead of a QR code on an app?
3) employees DONT even ask or remind customers about the existence of a rewards program.
3) It seems like yall don’t want ppl to get rewards points. Other boba shops will advertise “Download Our App for perks and rewards!” And employees will actively promote or remind customers of it.
No recourse if an order isn’t delivered
I like 7 Leaves and have ordered a lot from other delivery places. Their app is terrible. Tracking is sketchy and takes forever. And if your tracking just never works and your order disappears, there is no way to contact ANYONE to resolve it. No support at all! It doesn’t even tell me what 3rd party service they use for delivery. I just threw my money in the trash I guess?

Use code 4199 . Super convenient to order on the app & skip the line . Haven’t run into any issues with the app yet . So far so good .
No boba available on National Boba Day…?
This has been an ongoing issue with 7Leaves locations: No boba available to order on the app and sometimes in stores/drive thru. Today however is National Boba Day (4/30/24) and the El Monte location had no ‘Honey Boba’ available on the app the entire day, checking periodically from 9am to 5:30pm. I’m not sure if this is an app glitch, if someone forgot to toggle the button back on, or if there really is no boba, but this has been an ongoing problem for several months. If it’s a supply chain issue, then put it somewhere on the app’s home page to let us know. Otherwise, we presume that all these instances is due to poor inventory planning among your 20+ stores across Southern CA. Perhaps it is better to hold off grand openings until someone has a better grasp on inventory issues for an ingredient that is almost synonymous with milk tea.
Best coffee and great app
App is amazing, I and my coworkers us it aaall the time for coffee. Would give 5 stars but for a place named 7 leaves I don’t get why the reward amount for a coffee or tea ordered is 6 leaves on average 😂 why not 7?

New update crashes, doesn’t work and won’t give points

Needs update
I love 7 leaves and go regularly. However, the recent updates or changes are omitting certain drinks that don’t allow you to purchase drinks with your points, and make you pay in person since they don’t take points if you order in person. Please update this!!!
Points keep disappearing
Every few months I’m auto logged out and when I get back in my points are GONE.
Horrible app
Cannot cancel orders once placed, so if you make a mistake there’s no way to fix it without contacting the company to wait days for a refund- wasting you, employee, and delivery driver time
