Get a complete full body workout in just 7 minutes! Based on the "Scientific 7 Minute Workout" originally published in ACSM's Health and Fitness Journal and seen in the NY Times, but improved upon by the expert trainers at lolo.

One size does not fit all so we took the principles of this fast and effective workout and tuned it so it could fit anyone's needs. Some people may find the original 7 Minute Workout too hard while others may find it too boring. We fine tuned this workout so anyone can get a safe, effective, and challenging workout, no matter their fitness level in just 7 minutes!

Every workout will be customized to your fitness level and to the equipment you have available. Each exercise includes a video you can view DURING YOUR WORKOUT, so that you can always double-check your form.

This app is just great. It's well cued, and changes up the exercises each day to keep the workout fun and interesting. It works even for an out of shape, geriatric aspiring athlete!

A surprisingly good workout when time is limited, customized to workout tools on hand. Pleasantly guided by by both audio and video with the ability to listen to your own music library. The variety of workouts is a great feature too. Think of the time and money you'll save by doing this instead of going to the gym!

There are about 50 7 minute workout apps, and 10 that I've tried, but this is the one that I return to. I don’t understand why other similar apps do better in top app charts - I guess it’s just marketing. Good exercises, with random variation to keep things interesting. Good videos. It'd be good to have a native iPad version.

Greats 7 min workout --- on day 3 and can already feel it. Was having a hard time finding time for a workout. With this workout, I can make 7 minutes. I like how you can customize it to equipment you have on hand. Excited to see the results in 30 days...plan on keeping this as a daily routine.

7 minutes is a good start to build stamina and a routine. Love this app. Step by step instructions with models make it that much easier to understand what each of the exercises are.
