This is a wonderful app. My wife and I have used this for years. Seven minute workouts are a key part of our fitness resume. It’s so easy to do, and so beneficial. I highly recommend it.

Great workout app!

I have had this app for years and have frequently used it on and off in addition to the gym. Great all over body workout and no equipment needed. Great for going away in holidays, can be done in a small space and only a chair required. Easy to work up a sweat. I usually do it 3x for a quick hard workout.

Morning start

A great quick routine to get the blood flowing of a morning. Go as hard as you can for the 7 minutes and feel it through out the morning. I also have reminders on my apple watch to do squats and touch my toes every hour. I also do a 1 minute hollow hold 3 times a day.
