Very easy to use

Great when you’re travel or away from your normal routine. There is a video of each exercise that’s easy to follow and the bonus exercises are brilliant.

Have just got this app and just done my first workout on it. It certainly hit the spot, providing a good cardio workout as well as strength using every part of the body! I’m sure a 7 min dose of this every day should get anyone into tiptop fitness without having to spend a fortune on gyms or hours and hours there.

Very easy way to keep fit

I’m in my 60’s and have been using this app most days for 7 years. My main motivation was to keep fit, keep flexibility and muscle mass. I didn’t want to lose weight particularly but am pleased that it’s pretty much the same as when I started using the app. I’ve never maintained exercise for long before mostly using the excuse of being too busy. However I thought that if I can’t find 7 mins a day to keep my body and heart in shape that there isn’t much hope for me! The exercises are manageable but feel like a good short workout and leave me feeling good about myself.

I do this every morning when I get up and it’s easy and fun I like the new update which changes the order everyday to keep it interesting - I’ve used it over the years and am always astonished if I haven’t done it for a couple of weeks how much strength ebbs away

I have used this app from time to time since being in my 50s . It’s a no nonsense app easy to set up in any home environment. A good habit to have which can be expanded and modified. I always seem to fall back to this for its simplicity and adaptability

I don’t much like exercise but know that I have to do it. This app makes it possible by making the exercise duration brief enough to be bearable. It’s adjustable too, so if I ever decide to do more, I can. Really helpful and encouraging.
