## 7 Minute Workout Challenge Description
The "7 Minute Workout" is a research-backed workout program that has become an international hit! 

Published in the leading research journal ACSM, and then popularized by the NYT, the "7 Minute Workout" is simple but effective. 

Researchers have selected 12 exercises that are performed for 30 seconds with 10 second rest intervals. This high-intensity training with little rest results in higher daily metabolism and is the equivalent of working out for over an hour - for only slightly longer than 7 minutes. 

The best part? The exercises are simple to perform, do not require any equipment, and therefore, can be done anywhere! NO MORE EXCUSES.

### **--- "Abandonware; needs bug fixes, updates"
This app has been mostly great over the years; however, when installed on an iPhone 14 Pro (and likely all iPhone 15 devices), the display scaling is completely broken. This makes it difficult to use and navigate within the app. I emailed the developer, so hopefully they will take the time to fix it. (I’m pretty sure this is abandonware, though.)

UPDATE: It’s been a month since I emailed the developer and I haven’t received a response. It’s pretty clear this is abandonware—not that it wasn’t fairly obvious. I reported the issues and lack of support directly to Apple. If the developer can’t be bothered to support their app/software and fix the issues with newer devices, then it should be removed from the App Store.

Hello all I have used this app in years past roughly 2016 on third 2018 and was very happy with the physical activity that it allowed seemed like it kept me on the go even though it’s not a long strenuous workout and get your heart going makes you feel better I was living healthier than and hope to be soon again I’m going to get back into it
