Takes about 20 seconds from Face ID authentication to actual log in. Log out never works and service often down. Interface is also slow and clunky. Scrap the fancy graphics and just give me the numbers. I just want to quickly log in to see how much I’ve got, not spend hours analysing graphs.

Only just downloaded app and funds not added yet so can’t comment on design yet but looks smart if a little sluggish being graphical based. Did notice the icon at top left (exit?) seems to crash the app. Just sits there saying “retrieving” for two or three minutes and freezes my iPhone before I have to force close app, so please fix that. It’s NOT my internet connection.

Each time you close for maintenance, I can’t login “we don’t recognise your username or password”. I then have to go through the forgotten password routine (again). I haven’t forgotten the password…

Does exactly what I need it to

Several times it has reported zero valuations. Lists 2 names on the account on the opening page and then lists the main account holder “+ 2 others”. Service outages and updates aren’t flagged on the opening screen which means that login failures require unnecessary detective work and time wasting to resolve. Curious and counter intuitive menu sequence makes backtracking to a total valuation in the sum of valuations area frustratingly hard to do. It would be useful to be able to see a summary breakdown of the individual equities held and the sums invested in them rather than just the fund data sheets. Apart from that, it looks nice and is one of the better apps out there. It’s just not as good as it could or should be and these problems are ongoing legacy problems that should have been addressed in previous updates.

Nice clear simple visuals, but as a client the very limited number of benchmarks (all U.K. centric) for performance over time is disappointing, and it would be useful to have a tab listing investments and gain/loss per investment (like AJ Bell or Interactive Investor) rather than having to click on every holding in turn. I think there are many more benchmarks available in the advisor version but having a few more global or composite bond/equity ones would be very helpful. Cosmetically the sounds are unnecessary at best and annoying after a time. A few tweaks could make this a great app building on the clear visuals.

Good app, very useful. How can I get rid of the terrible music and sounds?

Since the latest update, even though the app asks you for your biometric, you still then have to login with username and password. Would be great to get this fixed.

I love the app, but please could you make it compatible with fingerprint login (plus PIN). Ta

New release has a bug? Why does it play sound even though my phone is muted? My only App that does this. Annoying when I want to review the app at work, discretely - I have to plug in headphones.
