Habits : 21 days habit of yoga which include package of different Asana (Yoga Pose) and Different Pranayama (breathing pattern) to cure the health problems +Water Drink Reminder.

Dincharya (Schedule): Some people don't have any health problem but want to make a package of Asana (Yoga Pose) and Pranayama to remain fit. So this module is for them. They will get the notification on their desired time.

Pranayama (or breathing exercises): Different pranayama with pictorial depiction on how to do the breathing exercises efficiently.

Yogasana (or Yoga Postures): Different yoga postures with their steps, benefits and precautions.

Hi Dev Team, Sometime app gets crashes at the middle of exercise and no logs saved in report of exercise, please try to look into issue. Appreciate your efforts in making this good app. Thanks

Worst app for pranayama

Before even you will begin, it will flood your page with ads. Its sole purpose is to show ads. Worst app i have used till date. Why even bother to create such an app.

Very good app. Useful information about each exercise. Main use for me is that it saves me the trouble of keeping count of my repetitions, which can be a distraction. Couldn’t get Family sharing to work, which is disappointing. I’m sure it isn’t meant to be so. But can’t clarify as the Developer didn’t respond. Else would rate it 5 stars.

Hi dear App is good but it crashes after configuration of dinacharya in 10 mins which leads to intermittent breaks in practise. I assure you that I have installed latest version and my phone is also iPhone 12 so no issue with hardware or phone software. Kindly rectify it or what’s the purpose of making payment to you and app doesn’t work for desired result. It’s been crashing so often . Waste of money and the developer doesn’t want to refund also. Very poor Regards

What ever you have done yoga or pranayama, it should be reflected in health of app of iOS systems. Exercises & mindfulness in minutes, there’s no record. Should be linked with apple health app.

I reinstalled the app twice and it crashes while you use it in the middle of the exercise.
