Calling them many times while am in urgent need and no answer , using WhatsApp: they dont even reply. Useless and i don’t recommend it to any one . I had to use other more effective solutions

Battery price
Pls don't call them for any services, because they charge very high cost, they price is 1000 times more than market retail price. This is very bad pricing strategy and their service is consumed by critical customers and they are happy to kill whom are vulnerable which is against all kinds of ethical business operations. I would prefer to complain to dubai chamber of commerce inshaAllah.
