I deposited £150 then suddenly got disconnected then I’ve contacted the operation team on many occasions and live chat to receive no reply or to go around in circles my account is “jaxk20” they do not solve anything and it’s been about 2 weeks and I’ve still not received anything back.

They’ll let you deposit and play in a matter of seconds, but when it comes to paying they hold your money for ages, finding all sort of excuses to hold on to the money a little longer, best advice, choose another platform.

Stole my money. Able to deposit and loose bets for years. Soon as I won big £5,000 - hit with proof of funds. These people working at 888 are modern day con artist - using government guidelines in there favour not to protect customers but protect 888 share prices - deliberately put temporary account closure so I’m still on there books as another number - no real form of contact after requesting polite dialogue and resolution via email and live chat - always cut off - alway sent basic reply’s passing me around - submitted everything. 4 months later NOTHING. You people working for 888 should ashamed of yourselves - such a scam.

Money is quick to your bank

I downloaded the application, deposited money and placed a bet. After a couple hours they restricted my account, sent me an email saying that they need a verification. Fine! I submitted all my documents (like an ESTA application) and it has been 72 hours! 72 hours. Horrible user experience

I wish I had read all of the recent negative reviews of 888 sport which are underlined by the positive ones from years ago on the App Store. They closed my account with £500 of my own deposited money in it, 2 months later I have finally received it back. I escalated this through Resolver which may have helped, but their lack of communication is disgusting. Scammers.

You’ll be able to deposit but not withdraw. You’ll be temporarily suspended (to keep on their books so they company looks bigger) but you’ll never be able to get on your account to access your funds. These guys will rob you after depositing or being a winner.

Good promos quickly place bets

I wish I had read the negative comments before downloading this app and depositing a substantial amount of money. I would give 0 stars if I could. They closed me account and after verifying my ID documents over email, (in order to get my deposit money back) I have heard nothing back from them for 9 days. Please do not make the same mistake I did and plenty others have done!

UPDATED REVIEW. I received a response to my review from the developers who asked me to go to the cashier on the app and use the help function to find out why I wasn’t given a welcome bonus. As soon as I got the message that I wasn’t entitled to any welcome bonus I closed the account right away so I’m unable to use this feature. My original review still stands. I started an account and before I could click on anything or deposit any amount I was given a message stating I wasn’t eligible for the welcome bonus and to add insult to injury I wasn’t even told why I’m not eligible. Very unfair and unnecessary. I even checked all emails to ensure I hadn’t made a previous account and forgot and I hadn’t. Disappointed in you 888. I guess sky bet and Ladbrokes can have my business. All I ask is you play fair and if you don’t at least give a reason.
