But the button mapping on them isn’t as good as the phone. For instance, on the PC or Mac you don’t have the ability to add a separate turbo button, hold or swap. The home button is the set turbo button. So while playing the switch you can’t use turbo because it just takes you to the home page. On the pro 2, I set turbo to PR. But unfortunately you can’t do that on a PC or Mac and the Ultimate software on the phone won’t connect to the Pro 3. But now I have no way to remap them. The Ultimate V2 software doesn't support my mid-2015 MacBook Pro. So I tried this app, and it doesn't recognize the controller over Bluetooth (both paired and unpaired) or USB. I tried every combo of the mode switch in the back too. App works the first time, but once you close it and reopen it won't work anymore -- tells you to press profile button on controller, and when you do it gets stuck loading. You have to uninstall the app and then reinstall for it to work again. The macro settings are a bit confusing. When you use the time function, it contradicts itself on whether it's holding a button for that time or if it's a pause where no button is pressed. An awful experience that's obviously not just my problem by reading other reviews. You could do better but I doubt you will given the age of some of these reviews. Disappointing, because it's good hardware. So common these days for businesses to go cheap with their software.
