Ikke brug jeres normale adgangskode eller mail til denne app! Jeg har fået delt min mail, adgangskode, ip adresse mm. Spredt på det “Dark web” Pga. denne app. Det skete i 2019 tjek om det samme er sket for dig ved at bruge hjemmesider som kan tjekke om din mail er spredt på ulovlige sider.

Det er lidt irriterende at man ikke kan vejle at få , det hele på dansk i stedet for på engelsk det sunde jeg godt at man kunne . 😬😱

Easy and free to use, with no need for equipment.

Jeg har prøvet en 5-6 forskellige træningsapps og dette er den bedste. Alene i gratis versionen er træningsprogram til mange måneder.

Ville bare prøve at tage et kig indenfor, kunne ikke lide hvad jeg så - endte med at skulle betale 500kr for et år og kunne ikke få refundere. Hvis jeg da så bare kunne bruge noget af indholdet, feks kostplanerne - men desværre alt for useriøst og ubrugeligt i virkeligheden. Just wanted to take a look inside, didn't like what I saw - ended up paying for a full year and couldn't get a refund. If just some of the content was usefull, for example the diet plans - but unfortunately too unprofessional and useless in reality.

If you download this app, DONT!! Cause the chance that you will throw around 70 € away is waaay to big!!! Because I have iPhone 7, I by mistake said yes to pay such big amount when I tried remove myself from the app, but instead said yes to pay because I have this “touch function” (pretty hard to explain). Anyways, after a second I tried to remove myself of being a member, which I did, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough (I found out when I saw my bank account with 70€ less). Apparently you have to go to settings, and well... very long and complicated process to get out of this membership!!!

Den spørger om ens oplevelse med fx. Løbeturen, om det var hårdt, let eller perfekt, og om man nød den. Det minder en om at motion faktisk er sjovt, eftersom men lige tænker over turen og følelsen man havde efter. Jeg er også vild at den skriver til en om man ikke skal afsted igen, hvilket personligt skubber mig afsted.
