For example, I use Capital One Bank. Whenever I try to add a recipient to send a payment, Capital One sends a verification text asking me to reply “YES” or “NO.” However, your app does not allow responses to short-code or non-standard numbers, making it impossible to complete the verification process. I have run into this issue with multiple accounts and services that rely on SMS confirmations. Many banks, businesses, and service providers use short-code numbers for security and verification purposes, and the inability to respond makes the messaging feature unreliable for business and personal use. This is a critical functionality that should work without limitations. The experience has been very frustrating, and I am seriously considering porting my number back to another carrier because of this issue.
