If you are a house owner and want to sell it through them then plz don’t opt for 99 acres. They are very costly (costlier than all of them combined) and also their service is very bad. So called rm’s are useless. They do not
Communicate. You have to beg them for updates. And the app is also bad. It doesn’t get refreshed entirely. Filters are bad. There are so many good options in the market and don’t get your money wasted here.

I want to sell my property, so I listed on 99 Acres , RM calling me and tell me that there are 300 peoples who are looking to buy property in area in which I want to sell my property and she promised me, she will provide me any time support for leads but I didn’t get any relative leads to my property, after getting paid subscription , RM is not supporting or even answering, I get six leads only and all are fake

I request you guys don’t trust this app and its service

This app has a lot of bugs and it is not at all user-friendly. I have been trying to search properties for an hour but everytime this app is getting closed. If it is unable to filter the selections then why have the developers added filters in it ? Total waste of time and efforts. I installed it today and I believe this is the right time to uninstall it.

The app has a great interface and features, but there’s a persistent issue with fetching the current location. It keeps loading indefinitely without providing any results. I’ve ensured that location services are enabled and stable, but the problem persists. Please address this issue in the next update to improve usability.

Without permission this company send your number to all builders. Getting around 30 calls a day from builders. They are distributing a lot. 
This is very bad. This company won’t survive.

Very poor service ,
Relationship manager statement was she is working on this and there was no site visit happen till 1 and half months. After that i lost trust and cannot rely on this paid services.
Because Property RM will come on Saturday evening stating that we have a visiter and we don’t work on Sunday then you have to go show your property.
And we all know buyer will come on Saturday and Sunday.
No use of purchasing Assistance plus option.
Escalated case twice but no output.
I wasted my time, energy and money
You think twice before purchasing.
