## 99Bookstore Reviews in India

### ****- "Bugs in app. Otherwise the products are top tier."
I love the website and have been buying for years. The products are genuine and great quality. The only problem with the app is that i can’t add products to cart or buy using app. Whenever i tap add to cart, it says added to cart & then there is nothing there. Also when i try to view some products that i kept in wishlist and are now out of stock & labeled ‘undefined’, the app crashes. I have to logout or reinstall the app. Then the add to cart option works for some days, then it stops working again. So i have to use website yo buy.

### *---- "Poor service"
They often don’t even deliver the product, yet they mark it as delivered. After that, no matter how many emails or messages you send, there’s no resolution. I placed a prepaid order on 10 May, but I still haven’t received the book. The support center people are saying it has already been delivered, that it’s my mistake, asking me to check with neighbours, etc.
Slowly, they’ll also start spamming you.”

### ***** "Amazing Service"
This app is genuine. Lately, I have been ordering a lot from them and never got disappointed . Their books are good in quality and they provide an amazing service. Also the customer support is so helpful cause they actually listens to your problem and tries wholeheartedly to solve it. I will definitely purchase more books from 99bookstore. Highly recommended from my side ❤️

### ***** "Readers’ Wonderland"
This is absolutely the one definite stop every reader needs. With making the latest releases available at affordable rates, to ensuring there timely delivery, there’s nothing to complain about this organization. Truly blessed to have come across them.

### *---- "Poor support"
No updates on orders placed and even the support email says address not found. Pathetic
-- shankhadeep Dhar, 2025-11-13

### ***** "The App Is Genuine."
Nice book quality, big library and they have mangas too. They don’t have enough mangas and price is a lil on higher side but they balanced it on the book side.
-- Raj Jit, 2025-11-10

### *---- "Scam"
The books will never get delivered. I followed up through mail and they blocked me
-- Archana53, 2025-08-15

### ****- "Great!!"
Amazing collection and price but a slow in delivery
-- Bazinga⚡️, 2025-08-04

### *---- "Worst app"
Their delivery partner do not try to contact you rather they show customer is unavailable and schedule it to next day and they do the same…..Scam
-- Anshul4996, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Delivery takes ages"
I placed my order 25 days ago and am still waiting for delivery. There’s been no proper customer support, and the responses I received were completely unsatisfactory. I’ve also been trying to reset app login password email for the past two days with no success. Overall, this has been a total waste of time and money.
