## 9Round Pulse Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn't Stop Spinning"
I got this app to track my calories burned. I bought a brand new heart rate monitor (which wasn't cheap), and started using it for my workouts. After a few workouts, the band stopped registering to the app when I clicked end workout. I still have three bars of battery in the monitor, and still am connected through bluetooth. But for some reason, it will not stop spinning when I click end session. Too bad for the price.
-- Andrew_H1, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Not stable"
It does not pair easily with heart monitor, I have to re-pair with Bluetooth several times before it pairs with app, then app will lose pairing. While I’m working out I’ll see my calories burned and pulse point but then when I receive the final workout summary the number don’t match. The app needs to be updated
-- Gsssssssssssss, 2024-02-06

### ***** "Cool place"
That is a cool place to work out but only the owners know how to do it. 🩷 like cool but the reviewers don’t know how
-- Omori-9rounder, 2023-10-09

### *---- "Whyyyy???"
Why doesn’t it allow me to add my personal information! Without this step I can’t use the pulse device, according to a pop up note.
-- Ladybuggirl182, 2022-12-21

### *---- "Not syncing workouts"
I have my 2nd of 4 workouts that show up in the app. None of the others show up. Seems like a common issue and yet the dev team hasn’t updated the app in a year. Disappointing. They need to honor the paying members of the 9Round franchise if they’re going to tout this app as a benefit of membership.
-- J-Sec, 2022-09-23

### *---- "Won’t connect"
Still can’t get the pulse monitor to connect to the app. I’ve downloaded and reinstalled several times
-- nickname00345, 2022-07-11

### *---- "Stop keeping records after a month"
No easy way to get tech support. Just registered workouts data for a while. Not worth the investment.
-- Elsiedilia, 2022-07-11

### *---- "Doesn’t Work No Support"
Won’t connect. Has never worked. Is there another 9round app that does work to the monitor. And the computer at the gym quit working, too.
-- Xthomgunx, 2022-05-24

### *---- "This app needs some work!"
I leave my phone in my car to avoid distractions when I workout. The last several workouts, my pulse device will connect but will not track my workout on the app due to connectivity issues I’m guessing? Please look into this!
-- Doomer365, 2021-12-31

### ***-- "⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Wish it worked on Apple Watch
