## Aabir - عابر Reviews in Qatar

-- ahmadsabsabi, 2026-05-19

### *---- "Pooor"
This app is a failure. Every time I request a car, it shows that there are no drivers available and they are all busy, even though I still have money in my wallet.
-- Um.hassan, 2026-04-08

### *---- "Needs a much improvement"
The service is poor and the app needs improvement.

The fees deducted but the driver claimed no payment and asked for second time payment, no one was available to solve the issue. So I was ended by paying the fees twice

In addition, the rates are not much cheaper than other applications.

If you wanna succeed, the most basic thing is to have customer support available 24/7 to resolve any issues.
-- Ahmed Shaat, 2026-02-08

### *---- "Horrible customer care"
Many times they charge more than initially and don’t return the money while there was no traffic no time waiting etc. few drivers available that many times are still on other rides and take long long time to come. WhatsApp they take weeks to reply. When don’t know more what to say and don’t want to return money they start ignoring your messages and continue
-- bvfhjnbbhhjj, 2026-02-07

### *---- "Bad Service!"
True enough cheap and drivers accept the booking fast but they will not come to pick up as soon as possible they will tour around until you become late already!
-- iamhendrix85, 2026-02-05

-- Abusharida, 2026-02-03

### *---- "Always busy"
Everytime i order i car they told me all drivers are busy they need to assign more drivers
-- Aj-9900, 2026-02-01

### *---- "Bad app ever"
Bad app ever no drivers i have been try to find drivers but I didn’t find at all always no driver available
-- Mac_q6r, 2026-01-30

### *---- "Rent rate is so high"
So expensive .
-- mahadihasan3321, 2026-01-23

### *---- "Worst transportation app"
