## AACPL Checkout Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not Working"
The app says to turn on Location Services for full functionality, and even after doing all of that, the app just recycles the main screen with the message “Not A Branch”. I can hit retry, but it’s still not working properly
-- N'dour, 2020-02-16

### *---- "Not working"
I can’t get past the first screen. It just says not a branch.
-- shellbell535, 2020-01-20

### *---- "Awful & Ridiculous..."
It says I need to be at a branch. So, I can’t use the ap remotely and I can’t search for books on this ap....ridiculous for a library ap
-- eastern acct, 2019-09-24

### ***** "Love this App"
I haven’t had any issues checking out books with this app. It is perfect for a busy parent, I don’t have to wait in line while my kids go crazy, I can just slowly check out the books as I grab them while they play. I also immediately get the emails that I have books checked out. Will update as I continue to use!
-- Sjdavis2018, 2019-02-28

### *---- "Please fix!"
App not working. Can no longer search or look for events. Now just days “not at a branch.” Fix it please!
-- Shoeshopper8, 2018-10-02

### ***-- "Limited Functionality"
This is a nice idea, but it isn’t too helpful for me. Because of my specific interests, I get most of my books through Marina loan. However, this app cannot check out books ordered through Marina. If that feature is added in the future, I would try the app again.
-- mkjohnnie, 2018-08-30

### *---- "No functioning"
Since the update I can’t search for books or anything. It just keeps saying Not At Branch. I’m not at the branch I wanted to put a hold on a book. Please fix your app as I used the old one all the time and loved it!
-- Hfhhfbch, 2018-07-29

### *---- "Doesn't work"
Keep saying enable location service, which is already enabled. Useless app!
-- Cotation, 2018-03-24

### *---- "Not working"
Unable to open app. Message says try again and again......
-- Worse than useless, 2017-10-16
