I am writing this s review with heavy heart. Very pathetic and non coprative finance service.
First they replaced my card that they are going to improve their system so they will issue new card . I received new card after one month and meanwhile they blocked.my old one card . When I received new card after activation I came to know this card also blocked you can make the card payment but you bare not allowed for any transactions. I called on help line number of times first then put on unlimited waiting and after that when wait ends call disconnected automatically. Even facing this issue many times .I put my request to unblock me card they said  this issue will resolve d 24 hour and after 24 hours they say d it take 72 hours and after four days they bsaid it will take seven days and now three weeks gone issue is still there I even don't know the reason of this blockage my all payments are on time .
Still waiting their response and very disappointed with their services and their  system which has so many flaws.

Every month they deduct 200+ by saying something muraba profit morover the keep on imposing penalties.only once i went to home country and i updated my number before i left however OTP was sent to old number owing to which i was not able to pay my minimum payment for 1 montg and they penalized me more than 800 drm 😭😭😭

I had very worst experience with afaq. After the pay bill they will call or sent email manu time to pay the bill otherwise will take action. And not only this they call to my family in my home country also, i don’t know how they get my family number they hacked my phone or what i don’t know. One of manager of afaq islamic his name is MUBARAK KHAN. Once i pay my bill i sent many time email to him sir check i already paid but again and again they asking to pay bill i complained also many time but ko one response. Very worst service

Very worst, One sales agent was behind me for long and after lot of request I have applied card online. But before getting the card and activating it. Some additional charges are showing in account. When i informed sales guy. He told he will email his team and they will refund it. But monthly additional charges are adding up and whenever we call it will take long hours to connect and if its connected they will say server down and call later.

They are trying to earn money by cheating customers. 

They will give lot of false commitments. Dont fall for it.

If you see AAFAQ move away from it. Its my personal experience. I wont give reviews mostly. But i dont want more peoples to get cheated by them.
