App keeps crashing, most files arent playing and there is no way to get help. Its frustrating. The older version worked well but device forces the app upgrade and problems began. Help page says missing information

I think this is best app for the working people who dont have time to sit with a book and relax, for old people who cant read books.. Just plug in your headphones and tap Play! Such a great idea it is! Audio quality is good and i feel app is user friendly 😊
