## Aaptiv Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bait and switch! Do not expect them to honor the 100% no questions asked guarantee"
Was giving it a try and signed up for the one year. Turns out it wasn’t quite for me so thought I could get a refund since I had only been around 15 days. App Store would not issue a refund and their website’s help center no longer works. It directs to a page that says: “Oops, this help center no longer exists”
-- Roadrunnr1979, 2025-09-21

### ****- "Please bring back the rowing section"
It disappeared after the last update. Where did it go?
-- oakbeat7, 2025-09-02

### **--- "Apple Watch sync issues"
Even with all the updates and breakfixes there continue to be issues.
-- patch your most recent update, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Harassment about connecting Bluetooth multiple times a day"
I cannot get through the day without Aaptive asking via pop up box for access to Bluetooth and there’s no option to tap that I don’t want it to connect. It makes me just want to delete the app straight up. Work outs and meditation? Great! Harassing me? Hard no.
-- Yoda-san, 2025-07-31

### ***** "Great Workouts!"
Grand coaches, huge inventory and seamless experience!

Ideal for keeping the habit going.
-- Avalancha85, 2025-07-30

### ***** "Best workout app ever!!!!!!!"
U wanna lose weight this
Is the app to help you it's like having a trainer but without paying millions!!
-- Perlarules, 2025-07-27

### *---- "No support"
Just taking people money do not use I signed up and I have no access to gyms the gym ask you for a benefit ID and I called the benefits I D personnel and they couldn’t help me then reached out to Aaptiv to cancel my membership and they charged me again I didn’t get the service I signed up for on the first payment I won’t stop until I get a refund on top the 877 # is no longer in service unbelievable
-- diva granny 63, 2025-07-22

### *---- "App Update is Useless"
Since recent update for annual renewal, I can’t track weekly workouts, calories, or minutes. This app is essentially useless now. I’ve used this app for 6 years.
-- QQoobie, 2025-07-12

### ****- "App does not include pregnancy workouts"
The app does not include pregnancy workouts, obviously you can try to adjust workouts. However, the app does not have the ability to personalize to this ability. Also the workouts do not give you a warm-up and cool down. I use another app to reach more specific goals.
-- ❤️Orange Veggies, 2025-07-01

### **--- "Great but buggy"
When it works, it’s awesome. But it consistently quits after selecting a workout, thus negating any use the app could possibly have.
