Could not connect to server!!

In a 24 hours, I can't access my account at least for 5 minutes! Every important time when I'm going to login, most of the times its showing could not connect to server!! Even I can't refresh that loading!! I've to restart my phone, and need to try several times like this!! Nonsense app in digital time!

Credit Card Bill Pay from other bank

AB bank does not accept credit card bills from other banks. This is very annoying.

Beneficiary autofill

I can’t select my beneficiary details while transferring funds. Then what’s the meaning of adding beneficiary? I have to manually type all the details, even if I have them saved! Please fix it asap.

Add biometric

Please add biometric, it will smooth to operate this app

Missing Biometric login

The app is very simple and easy to use. However, signing in every time is a hassle as I need to type user ID and password.

Bad user experience

What’s the meaning of adding beneficiary accounts if the app doesn’t let us use them. Please change the authentication system to a simple one. Need much more improvement all over.
