## A&B Taxis Basildon Description
Welcome to the A&B Taxis app. Our app is designed to make your journeys around the Basildon and South Essex area simple, easy and enjoyable.

•	Book a taxi
•	Track your driver in real-time via a GPS map
•	Pay by card or cash
•	Cancel a booking
•	Push notifications
•	Pre-book taxis
•	Accurate Estimated time of arrival

Users of the A&B Taxi app will be able to receive an instant journey quote with the option of several types of cars available.
Our booking system gives priority to A&B app users. This means you’ll have a greater chance of securing a taxi during peak hours, especially if you book in advance. As many of you know Basildon, Wickford, Laindon and other areas struggle at peak times, so ensure that you book in advance.
Once booked you will be able to see your driver approach your direction and an estimated time of arrival (ETA). No more guessing when the taxi will arrive.
You’re also able to cancel the booking from the app and see a live bird’s eye view of drivers available in the local area.
The A&B app gives you the option to save addresses and payment details.
Several payment options are available, including the option to use cash which is unavailable by mainstream taxi apps. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Our Credit card payment method is secure and comes with 3D secure verification.
If you’re happy with the service your driver provided, you are able to provide feedback, but this is not compulsory.
A&B has extensive experience operating airport transfers for our customers and this is one of many features available in our app.

•	Refer a friend - Refer a friend to the A&B taxi app and get a discount credited to your account when they make their first booking.
•	Discount codes - Discount codes and offers promoted on our social media accounts can be added to the app, saving you money on each journey.
•	Corporate account - This is perfect for local businesses
•	Loyalty Cards - The more you use A&B taxis, the more you’ll grow your loyalty card points with us
•	Lost property - If you lose a piece of property when in one of our taxis, you’ll be able to quickly contact the driver.
•	Contact - Contact information for A&B can be found in the app
•	History - You will have access to information about your journey history, including location, dates, times and prices.
•	Safety - We take safety very seriously and that's why the A&B app gives our users the ability to share their location live to family and friends via GPS

## A&B Taxis Basildon Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great app, just needs one feature"
This is a great app, quick and easy booking, notifications to let you know when your taxi is booked, on its way and arriving.

The only thing I can suggest it add is a tab for booking pet taxis as the “additional notes” feature has let me down a few times when needing to transport my pets to the vets or groomers.

Other than that, 5 star app
-- Tyheam191, 2024-06-04

### ***** "🥰🥰"
Lovely jubbly!!!👍🏿
-- Franko manka, 2024-05-17

### ***** "Better than Uber!"
Great app, easy to use, love the app! Better than Uber
-- Mil-Bea, 2022-01-12

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Can’t even get as far as the login screen as keeps saying there is a server error? Therefore unable to use the app
-- Converse1984, 2021-10-25

### *---- "The App needs a lot of work"
I didn't even get past registration before being locked and blacklisted out all because it did not recognise the verification text message it sent me.
I will sticking to calling them whenever im in the area instead of this app.
-- Jody makermore, 2021-05-24

### ***** "Mr."
Very nice taxi I love taking it always
-- Handsomemind_2, 2020-10-11

### ***** "Perfect!"
Brilliant app, lets me track my taxi and shows the reg so I know I’m getting in the right taxi too.
-- Cavalir, 2020-04-16

### ***** "Awesome easy to use"
Simple easy app to
Navigate and use a must have
-- Alanss14, 2019-01-29

### *---- "App doesn’t recognise me"
All was well and it worked great until some updates. Now I’m an unrecognised person and can’t even re-register.... staff were clueless as to how to resolve the issue.
-- Beanyone, 2018-05-26

### ***** "Awful can’t sign back in"
This app was working fine until you decided to make it go offline because of the weather now can’t log in at all as my phone number won’t stay in there to verify my account. As you make the app priority over the phone anyway. There is no point booking over phone might as well just phone value cars instead all good things must come to an end.
