Bonne application mais défauts dans le développement

L’application est très bonne dans son ensemble mais très souvent, certains exercices ne se valident pas à tel point qu’il est impossible de valider et de passer certains tests... il faut répéter l’exercice jusqu’à la validation hasardeuse de l’application - et quelquefois cela est tout simplement impossible. De plus, il est impossible de contacter le centre d’aide car la page est erronée. Bref !

Compteur progression à zéro

Suite à quelques bugs j’ai supprimé l’application puis je l’ai réinstallée et le compteur de progression s’est mis à zéro. Je suis en période de test 7 jours, pour l’instant le contenu m’a l’air bien. Il y’a ces bugs qui dérangent. Merci

J’adore la nouvelle mise à jour qui a été faites niveau design ,suivit de la formation , et efficacité ! Juste dommage qu’on n’est pas le droit à un cours un peu plus complet gratuitement pour ceux qui n’ont pas l’argent ..

Problems

The new update has several problems I sent eamil to newaba but no reply. As you requested I forward that email to support. Hope I can here from support Support replied by copy pasting from QA question, in Spanish language. If I don’t receive proper answer, I will report this problem to apple.

Utilisation de mon abonnement ABA Premium

Je suis abonné depuis le 16/12/2019 jusqu’au 28/9/2020 montant Payé : 89,99 euro. Mon Mac : Mac OS catalina 10.15.3 depuis cette dernière mise à jour: impossible d’accceder aux cours. Suivant vos instructions j’ai charger la dernière version Abobe Flash Player.Rien ne fonctionne . Que dois je faire ?....

Bad customer service

The learning materials and online courses are fairly good, but the customer service is extremely bad. When I sent email to the help center to cancel my subscription (web version) and ask for the refund, I only received automatic replies. No one cared about what I said and my real problem. If you subscribe the premium version, pay attention to the automatic renewal, which will be done at the original price (may be much higher than the price you purchased the premium) and it must be cancelled at least 5 days before the renewal date. Once the renewal is finished, you will not be able to cancel it and get refunded. The help center will ignore all your request. All these are from my own experience.
