Error downloading
I found it error every time I download for offline learning
amazing!
i downloaded and paid for it and i got NOTHING! and when i tried to give a star, app store said i need to download the app first to give ratings when i have downloaded and even paid for it. so i re-download the app just to give this rating. I PAID TO STUDY. I GET NOTHING. at first, it worked when i tried to use vpn to open the videos, and i can download the lesson. but then when i tried to open it in offline mode, everything is gone and i was logged out. when i logged back in, the whole thing resets. i don't get why people would use/buy this. really. when i want to cancel my subscription, the app popped out their help center. and turns out i need to pay for the 15 mins i spent doing everything but learning. thank you for making me waste my money and time. *if i could include pictures, i would.

almost perfect bcs i really love it. but why i cant play the video?

I don't know why this app got an almost perfect rating. I downloaded it because I wanted to give it a go, with the trial first. If it went well I won't hesitate to pay the subscription fee. But I don't think I am going to pay for it. I can't play the video!! My internet connection is working fine. I can not either play or download it.
