欺骗
前期还挺好的，后期被收购之后，那质量下滑的太厉害了。有问题连客服都找不到，太坑了。。。
用了一年无法购买新课
画面很清晰，不枯燥，不像斑马乱糟糟的 孩子挺爱学的，学了一年，11月份到期了 现在想继续学却无法购买新课，这课程是一次性的吗？！？！客服一个推一个……开始说12月有新课，然后1月份有，然后又说3月份开新课…… 我就不太懂了，正常L2的宝贝们也在学习，原来L1学完，想学L2怎么还就不能购买了？！！？
太差了
学了一年，续课不会再买gkid，前期试学的时候感觉还好，后期各方面都太差了，简单内容一直重复，复杂的却重复较少，后台跟不上，一直卡，找不到客服人员，从始至终只有老师对接，可是老师只能是反映上去，一直重重复复都是反映上去，也不知道有没有结果。还剩一个月课时结果未经允许情况下学什么l2，结果这一个月的课一字不差和以前的某一个月一模一样，这么敷衍还找不到地方说理。要学的慎重考虑吧，没有客服的，有问题无处说的，只能吃哑巴亏的。还有那个所谓的金币，每天是有限制的。关键是你限制就限制了，他那个可以换的礼物现在不更新的，只有那几样，早就换过了，就这样，还能走多久
抠门成这样？
抠门成这样还想扩大客户群体？整体设计照搬zebra英语，舍不得下本钱就不要弄app。
及其不大方的公司
得成长星限制超多，就换个小礼物至于这么小气吗？真的不如斑某英语！

骗子，一点也不正规，老师也不负责任
买了88块一个月的课，买的时候没开课，老师说随时开课随时提前联系，等想开课的时候提前联系老师就告诉我没有这个课了，我钱都付过了告诉我没有课了，都加了老师微信方便沟通，为什么不提前告知？而且教材还要给他们快递回去才给退学费，可恨的是，教材缺失还要扣我钱，我觉得骗子一样，那么多英语教育，大家擦亮眼睛，他家太不正规，跟玩一样，我肯定告诉我身边的朋友都不会选择他家！
课程不错，但是ipad上课实在太小声了！
用手机上课很大声，但是换成ipad调到最大声也很小声…希望改进。
