## ABC ACE SIDS Taxis Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Ansir mahmood"
Great service
On time friendly service
Cheaper then other firm
Clean cars feel safe with this company
All drivers are polite
-- Mahmood GF16lwv, 2025-10-20

### *---- "Not working on iPhone 15 pro max"
The app says this should work on my iPhone but it tries to open then immediately closes
Please sort out the bug
-- U/s, 2024-07-11

### **--- "Could/should be better"
Had the app for a few years. The issue for me is it is totally unreliable.
It’s pointless having an app if everyone can’t trust it.
It allows you to book, then it disappears.
I have reported, but no one seems to care.
-- Philostien, 2024-02-13

### ***-- "Long way"
Driver went long way to M &S and charged £1.50 more so please don’t send him again
-- deactdoi, 2024-01-27

### *---- "Terrible"
Always late even when pre booked and app is never updated with car location
-- reeeenut, 2023-07-04

### *---- "Try another taxi firm"
There is no point booking on the app especially when booking 2 hours before you want the taxi to arrive! Late for a wedding😡 they don’t care when you call them, when their flyer drops through your letter box put it in the bin.
-- Very Late Guest, 2023-06-11

### *---- "Unreliable Company"
They are always late 30+ minutes, waste of time if you need to get to an appointment. I recommend you try a different taxi company.
-- Pjadams44, 2023-06-02

### *---- "Don’t bother"
This is a great firm if you like being sworn at and threatened over the phone and left waiting for 20-30 mins only for them to cancel the ride anyway.
-- Clingerflinger, 2022-12-22

### ***** "First class"
I’ve used this firm twice now for return airport trips and each time the drivers( so 4 in all ) were top notch . Extremely pleasant , on time and will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys for a first class service
Linda Szymichowski
-- Lin Shim, 2022-10-15

### *---- "App is reliable - taxi firm is not"
When I book a taxi for a specific time I expect it to be there for me at that time, or at least very soon after.

I do not expect to be left waiting for over 20 minutes on a booking that was made some 9 hours before the requested pick-up time.

Will not use again.
-- Playstoke, 2022-08-02
