異常閃退無法集點
近期很常故障，不能登入集點數，累積的點數直接變成0，連會員資料也完全不能進去，直接給你閃退，連續三天沒修復，對一個大品牌來說，這樣的經營方式也是蠻奇葩的。

根本沒辦法重設密碼，用了好幾天了 只會一直轉一直轉，轉到非常不爽 一直重設一直都沒辦法， 輸入手機輸入驗證碼之後要重設密碼 不管用幾次就是一直轉一直轉
每日登入集點功能異常
點數在308左右時，即使登入也不會增加；並且在某次登入後點數從308變回299。
