If ABCmouse doesn’t manage renewals, why is there no clear process to address this issue? I’ve been charged for a service I cannot use, and no one seems willing to take responsibility. I strongly urge potential users to be cautious with subscriptions through third-party devices or platforms, as you might end up in the same situation.
