Happy and a bit mad
My kids have had it a few days now and it keeps saying that their offline when we ain’t it’s connected to WIFI don’t get me wrong the education side is awesome but when they actually get to play it .... can this be fixed please

No free month trial!
I downloaded this to try as a free month trial. Instead they charged me the full year. Then when playing it is glitchy and you can’t carry on the learning path until your finished the activity but it won’t let you do the activity. I contacted them asking for help but I got an automated reply on how to cancel. I tried to cancel but because I’ve paid for a full year it said I’ll still have access till April 2021. I don’t want access just my money they shouldn’t of taken in the first place since I pressed the link that said FREE MONTH TRIAL. I’ve since contacted them 2 more times and have only gotten the same automated reply on how to cancel my subscription! I want a refund of my money that shouldn’t have been taken in the first place!!
