## ABEL Description
Your personal health counsellor, in your pocket.

Abel gives you your own dedicated health counsellor and everything you need to build lasting healthy habits: training, nutrition, daily habits and automatic tracking, all in one app.

Your own health counsellor
You are matched with a real, qualified health counsellor who gets to know you, your goals and your situation. Chat directly in the app, get guidance that fits your everyday life, and have someone in your corner who follows your progress and adjusts your plan along the way.

Training that fits you
Follow structured workout programs and log every session set by set. Track weights, reps and progression over time, and see your strength develop week by week.

Meals made simple
Share your meals with your health counsellor directly in the app and get feedback and guidance that fits your goals. No extreme diets, just better choices in real life.

Small habits, big results
Build daily habits around sleep, movement, nutrition and recovery. Abel helps you stay consistent with gentle nudges and a clear overview of your streaks.

Automatic tracking
Connect your Garmin watch and the Abel scale, and your activity, workouts and weight sync automatically. Less manual logging, better insight for both you and your counsellor.

Lasting change is hard to do alone. With Abel, you don't have to.

## ABEL Reviews in Norway

-- Suzipuzi, 2024-09-02
