I cancelled the membership but I couldn't refund it. Sent more than an email but they didn't respond. I tried with Discover agent to refund my money but Able's agent told Discover's lawyer she signed the contract and we told her it's non refundable. I never seen that amount. I wasn't able to log into the account and I canceled my membership. I asked customer service for help and they did nothing. I'm not even allowed the receive a refund, though their product is defective.
