De ABN AMRO app is er voor iedereen. Voor beginners, maar ook voor professionals. Ook kinderen weten hun weg in de app snel te vinden. Zakelijk klanten regelen veel zaken eenvoudig in de app. Met de app heeft u altijd een compleet overzicht van uw dagelijkse bankzaken en kunt u snel en veilig bankieren, waar u ook bent. 

Begin ook bij ABN AMRO. Open gemakkelijk een persoonlijke rekening met de app. Ook met een internationaal paspoort kunt u vaak een betaalrekening openen zonder een kantoor te bezoeken.

Met de app kunt u meer dan u misschien al weet:
• veilig inloggen en opdrachten bevestigen in Internet Bankieren
• direct de juiste medewerker bij de klantenservice spreken
• uw gegevens en instellingen wijzigen
• uw betaalpas blokkeren, deblokkeren of vervangen
• digitale bankpassen beheren
• een Tikkie sturen

Natuurlijk kunt u ook:
• bankieren in de app en betalen met iDEAL
• uw bij- en afschrijvingen, saldo en bankrekeningen bekijken
• geld overboeken en betaalopdrachten inplannen
• notificaties ontvangen bij een bijschrijving, afschrijving of incasso
• beleggen, sparen, hypotheek en verzekeringen inzien en afsluiten
• uw rekeningen bij andere banken toevoegen aan uw overzicht

De eerste keer bankieren met de ABN AMRO app
Als u al een persoonlijke of zakelijke betaalrekening bij ABN AMRO heeft, kunt u de app meteen gebruiken. 

Veilig bankieren
In de app kunt u inloggen en opdrachten bevestigen met uw zelfgekozen 5-cijferige identificatiecode. Meestal kan dit ook met uw vingerafdruk of Face ID. Houd uw identificatiecode geheim, net als uw pincode. Deze is alleen voor uzelf. Registreer alleen uw eigen vingerafdruk of gezicht op uw toestel. THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN EVER RECEIVE! First, I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my debit card and I have now idea why does it take so long to issue a card. Secondly, it takes forever to log in and activate the card after you receive it. The app simply doesn’t work. I am stating to wonder if I live during the Stone Age when it’s not possible to set up a working app??? 
I have bank account in other countries, and this is so far the worst service I have ever received.

When we live in 21st century, ABN still lives in 20th. 1) NO normal online chat - the bot answers the same questions that are in FAQ (very few) - why to have useless chat bot at all? 2) when you don't find an answer and try to reach out their customer service, be ready to wait 10-15 minutes on the line. 3) 15 working days for th CREDIT CARD!!! Can you imagine?! Bank that sees my regular salary payments requests separate confirmation of my earnings BECAUSE they do not issue the cards themselves but use the side organization to do that, while that organization foesn know anything about your salary and ABN doesn't share the information. 15 DAYS TO GET CREDIT CARD!!! 4) And of course they do not notify you at the stage of signing the contract that they are giving you a card that IS NOT accepted for ticket purchase or car rental, for NOTHING where CVV is required. So you HAVE to get the credit card for all those payments, but you do not know that yet. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE
