The ABN AMRO app is for everyone, beginners and professionals alike. Children are able to use the app, and business clients can easily use it to do lots of their banking. Thanks to the app, you can always see all your everyday banking affairs at a glance and you can bank quickly and securely, wherever you are.

Get started with ABN AMRO too. Open a personal account in the app - it’s a breeze! You can even open a current account in the app using your international passport in many cases. No need to go to a branch.

You can do more with the app than you may know, like:
• log in to Internet Banking and confirm orders securely there
• get connected immediately with the right customer service representative
• change your personal details and settings
• block or unblock your debit card or request a replacement
• manage your digital debit cards
• send a Tikkie payment request

And of course you can also:
• do your banking right in the app and pay using iDEAL
• view your transactions, balance and bank accounts
• transfer money and schedule payment orders
• get notifications about deposits, withdrawals and direct debit transactions
• make investments, add to your savings, and view and take out a mortgage or insurance
• add accounts held at other banks to your overview

Doing your banking using the ABN AMRO app for the first time
If you already have a personal or business ABN AMRO current account, you can start using the app right away.

Secure banking
Once you’re logged in to the app, you can confirm transactions using the 5-digit ID code, and often with your fingerprint or Face ID. Be sure to keep your personal ID code secret. ABN AMRO service problem

THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN EVER RECEIVE! First, I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my debit card and I have now idea why does it take so long to issue a card. Secondly, it takes forever to log in and activate the card after you receive it. The app simply doesn’t work. I am stating to wonder if I live during the Stone Age when it’s not possible to set up a working app??? I have bank account in other countries, and this is so far the worst service I have ever received.

When we live in 21st century, ABN still lives in 20th. 1) NO normal online chat - the bot answers the same questions that are in FAQ (very few) - why to have useless chat bot at all? 2) when you don't find an answer and try to reach out their customer service, be ready to wait 10-15 minutes on the line. 3) 15 working days for th CREDIT CARD!!! Can you imagine?! Bank that sees my regular salary payments requests separate confirmation of my earnings BECAUSE they do not issue the cards themselves but use the side organization to do that, while that organization foesn know anything about your salary and ABN doesn't share the information. 15 DAYS TO GET CREDIT CARD!!! 4) And of course they do not notify you at the stage of signing the contract that they are giving you a card that IS NOT accepted for ticket purchase or car rental, for NOTHING where CVV is required. So you HAVE to get the credit card for all those payments, but you do not know that yet. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE

New design

Was quite disappointed with a new design of the app. The girl on a bike with changing environment depending on a season was making this app one of my favourite, now she is gone…

Bank account

It’s impossible to open a bank account here. The app doesn’t allow you to do it and sending you to the website, and when you apply theough the website it sends you back to the app.

Half of functionality only on site, half isn’t working. You could scan QR code for a payment only if you aren’t logged in.

Not working any more on multiple device.

After December 2018 not possible make more than one “active device registration” when I add second device previous device automatically deleted. I use iPhone and iPad

Very easy and user friendly interface. It will definitely out-stand if you make Apple Pay integration as well.
