Open a personal account in the app - it’s a breeze! You can even open a current account in the app using your international passport in many cases. No need to go to a branch. This means every time I want to pay for something on my phone I have to find my physical card and read the numbers off the card. Very annoying! 4. Less so to do with the app but the service of using the plastic thing is very outdated. If the app performed better, would the cumbersome plastic e-identifier be required at all? 5. Moving money isn’t that intuitive, to just transfer between accounts, it looks like I have to pay someone - also could just be a couple of taps and much clearer. 6. While copying IBAN or other details from the bottom sheet… just add the copy icon rather than native functionality to copy.
