Charges too high
I don’t know the reasons (although it could be bonuses?) for the increase in bank charges. I am considering alternative banking service providers.

Have never encountered an app which fails so many times, at every stage of verification. Initial verification to submit an application took me around an hour as Passport chip scan fails around 5 times before registering, holding the phone the exact same way. Will not match my photo with the passports despite matching the same passport before. Awful experience
Have never encountered an app which fails so many times, at every stage of verification. Initial verification to submit an application took me around an hour as it would not accept my national identity card or drivers license. Scanning passport failed multiple times. After passport scan, the application would not verify that my picture matched. After multiple tedious trials I succeeded. Now, secondary identification process after receiving my card and activating over the phone, even harder. Passport chip scan fails around 5 times before registering, holding the phone the exact same way. Will not match my photo with the passports despite matching the same passport before. Awful experience
Very efficient and quick. Great service.
The app is easy to use
Works without problems. Easy log in and transfers.
When I try to pay via IDEAL, the app opens loads the screen and then everything disappears, so I’m left with an empty screen and unable to complete the payment. Similar story with authorising access to account info for open banking, blank screen opens with nothing to click.
Ancient app too late and half baked compared to the modern startup banks. Will be moving away after 25 years.

1. The QR scanning button is in an odd place, please look at data usage and consider repositioning in the tab bar as I can imagine it’s used quite a lot to verify purchases 2. Adding cards to Apple Pay not working 3. Why can’t I use faceID to see my card details? This means every time I want to pay for something on my phone I have to find my physical card and read the numbers off the card. Very annoying! 4. Less so to do with the app but the service of using the plastic thing is very outdated. If the app performed better, would the cumbersome plastic e-identifier be required at all? 5. Moving money isn’t that intuitive, to just transfer between accounts, it looks like I have to pay someone - also could just be a couple of taps and much clearer. 6. While copying IBAN or other details from the bottom sheet… just add the copy icon rather than native functionality to copy. Small interaction but also very annoying!
