On my iPhone 16 Pro Max it uses the telephoto lens and lidar isn’t found either, so it is completely unusable. On my old phone it worked fine, however I have a subscription that I pay for and now can’t use it anymore. I sent an email to the developer a month ago, but didn’t get any response. The lidar function crashes the app. In the forums they mention an update, but the only update I see was 5 mo ago. I’m disappointed. The ui experience is off, the menus get cut off on some devices.. Honestly until they work on this app, I would recommend you use Polycam or another scanner. Don’t pay for a product with broken and missing parts.
