About Time is quite literally my favorite thing in the world. Everyone should try their coffee. I get it absolutely every day of my life. I can’t live without it. It’s the best. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Don’t give this company your contact information to abuse! Ready to delete this app because it never ever works with Apple Pay as promised. Attempting to delete my account from inside the app results in an error message. Impossible to find an email address for the company to manually delete my account – and even clicking “App Support” in the Apple Store leads nowhere! This is garbage.

The app does not accept apple pay and crashes when I try to enter credit card information. There is no way to place an order through the app. I have 50% off rewards that I cannot use because they refuse to apply them when ordering in person even though the app doesn't work.

I love this place and the app is really nice but PLEASE ADD THE OPTION TO ADD SYRUPS INTO THE TARO LATTE 😭😭🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 i always like adding simple syrup but the app doesn’t let me, just on the taro latte for some reason

Amazing coffee. Only complaint is a lack of a favorite store. I accidentally ordered to Grand Central instead of my usual place because I was on the train and just happened to be at Grand Central station.
